Architectural Review

Per the HOA Covenants and Restrictions (Article VIII - Architectural Review - Section 1) No building, fence, wall or other structure shall be erected, altered, repaired, or removed until the building plans, building specifications, a plot plan showing the building location shall have been furnished to and approved in writing by the Architectural Review Committee for compliance.


Quick Reference Guide:

  • Improvement/Addition setbacks: 10' from your property line for a permanent structure and 5' for non-permanent and portable structure
  • Improvements may NOT be placed in a utility or drainage servitude
  • Driveway extensions may NOT be closer than 3' to any side lot line 
  • Fences are not to be taller than 6' in height (see covenants for additional information)
