Per the HOA Covenants and Restrictions (Article VIII - Architectural Review - Section 1) No building, fence, wall or other structure shall be erected, altered, repaired, or removed until the building plans, building specifications, a plot plan showing the building location shall have been furnished to and approved in writing by the Architectural Review Committee for compliance.
