  • Neighborhood News is our Sawmill Creek email newsletter. If you are not receiving it, email the board with your email address.
  • Please follow us on Facebook for other news and happenings.
  • Neighborhood Contest Yard of the Quarter!  All residents who are in good standing with the Homeowners Association will be eligible to participate. Judges will be members of the Pearl River Community (not residents of Sawmill Creek) and will select recipient based on overall appearance of the yard and/or decorations. Yard of the month will be awarded in April, August, October (Halloween) and December. 
  • Reminder: All building projects (sheds, patios, fences) need to be approved by the board before starting (see Covenants page). Please allow at least a week for the board to review.  To contact the board please use our email address sawmillcreekHOAboard@gmail.com and each member of the board will receive your email.
