2011 Updates:

• General membership meeting and election of officers will take place on Wednesday, November 16, 2011  at 7 pm at the Pearl River Town Hall.  We will take nominations for the floor.  The dues for 2012 will be $175 for the year.    

• We are asking residents to please slow down while driving in Sawmill Creek.  

Reminder: All building projects need to be approved by the board before starting. Please allow at least a week for the board to review.
